You’ll be working in a close knit team of experts who are just a great bunch of people to be around.

The role itself will involve:

·       Producing high level estimates, cost plans, tenders etc…

·       Providing cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting

·       Providing general cost advice to client and assisting in value management

·       Managing principal contractors and subcontractors

·       Managing professional teams to develop robust information for tender documents  

·       Managing the procurement process

·       Development of pricing schedules

·       Facilitating meetings on behalf of the client

·       Contract administration of various contact suites (Including JCT)

·       Cost reporting identifying the current financial position, cost risks and pressures

·       Provide support to junior members of the team where required
