We are looking for a graduate to work within the Portfolio Management team, operating across varied residential brands providing nuanced insights into commercial performance and KPIs for both internal and external stakeholders. The role of Portfolio Management Analyst is dedicated to supporting the team and the wider business with regular reporting requirements, data analysis and financial modelling.
Working alongside senior team members this role will provide exposure to various aspects of property management, starting from sales and marketing and cost management to building operations and compliance with the aim of gaining wider commercial awareness and becoming competent in asset management.
Key responsibilities
- Running regular reports and analysis based on the existing reporting calendar
- Performing data quality checks for the information contained within systems
- Cross checking and consolidating information across various teams and systems
- Assisting with rolling out pricing and promotion updates across all brands
- Assisting team members and other internal stakeholders with ad hoc analysis and financial modelling
Skills & qualifications
- Advanced communication and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical capability
- Commercial awareness with a focus on problem solving and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, professional, and engaging attitude
- Confident knowledge and use of Microsoft Office tools
